In the summer of 2012, because of no suitable baking machine, we made a myself, and to the team named three beans, with the love of coffee and the pursuit of dedication to the extreme, we start the specialty coffee business.

Until then, we had been working in the nuclear and aerospace industries as security engineers until the passion for coffee and the passion to create good products ignited our dreams. Walking on the streets of a strange city, finding a cafe, meeting our roaster, and chatting with a coffee roaster, make coffee close to each other. It is such a dream, simple and real, it changes the coffee world a little bit, although not much, but in case it is realized.
